Can't upgrade / downgrade or add card details!

Tried to upgrade to Amplify+ and it just hung after I untered my card details. I can see the payment has been taken. There is an invoice marked as paid on my account.

When I go back into my dashboard it still shows as Starter.

Clicking upgrade, then selecting Subscribe under Aplify+ shows this dialog which takes me to the invoice.

I have a release I need to make today, so any help would be appreciated!
