Cash Credit in Minus - no penalty, help?

Dear iMusician team,

According to my balance, I’ve so far earned 123,15€ using iMusician, there are several monthly sales reports that indicate where the money was generated.

However, my Cash Credit display says “EUR -76.85”, which I don’t know where this is coming from.
It can’t be Spotify penalties, because I haven’t released any music on Spotify through iMusician.

Please help, I need clarification.
