Change to other distributor Beatport issue

I recently changed from Imusician to another distributor but now I’m still awaiting confirmation to approve the change over of my label Qtech Recordings for specifically Beatport store. I have an upcoming release and need this resolved ASAP! I can’t find any info on how to do this anywhere. It seems my new distributor needs confirmation from Imusician first? The new distributor I’m using has already messaged you about it a while back!
