Changes requested but no chat function

I want to change the name of the songwriter in the credits.
I payed for the change, but there is no possibility to have a chat.

According to Imusician, after the payment there should be a chat button.

It’s not a chat that appears but a text box where you can type your request and send it to us via e-mail. Log into your iMusician account and follow this path to open it

Bibliothek > Releases > von deinem Sohn und Diener (4069493148565) > Bearbeiten > Änderung beantragen > Abschließen > Fragen > Weiter

Once you’ve sent us your request, our team will take care of it and send you a confirmation via e-mail

But I´m sorry, i followed your path and after I clicked on the “Abschließen”-Button, there is no text box or I can´t find it.

What should I do?

Can you show me a screenshot of what you see when pressing Abschließen please ?

Then, Abschließen > Fragen > Weiter and you’ll be able to see the text box
