Charged twice with no refund

I was charged twice for the release of my single “All I Want To Be Is Myself” and sent an email regarding the double charge and never heard back. I requested it within the allotted timeframe but the funds were never returned. I still have both invoices if it helps the team to locate it.
Can I get the funds refunded? I’d really like to release something else but am wary now.

I’m sorry but after a thourough verification I can confirm that we never received any email from you regarding this.

Also, as both your invoices are from June 2025, they are way past the refund period of 14 days. I’m afraid that, at this stage, there won’t be any possbility for a refund unfortunately :confused:
