CHF 1.05 für 48488 Streams?

Hallo Supporter

Auch wenn man bei euch ein Konto hat, ist es äussert mühsam zum Support zu gelangen. Da läuft was mächtig schief… Es kommen immer wieder dieselben Fenster, jedoch keine Support Seite…

Könnt ihr mir bitte erklären, wieso ich CHF 1.05 für 48488 (und die 17/13/17 Tausend in den Monaten Juni bis August) Streams erhalte??
Das kann doch nicht sein??

Hey @AWI, the amounts you see on your dashboard & sales reports correspond to what was approved by the DSPs and submitted to us.

Remember that it’s not because you see a high amount of streams in your trends that it will result in high sales. Please read this article for more details: Why don’t my trends and sales match? | iMusician

As a Starter user, you do not have access to e-mail support I’m afraid.
