Chinese Metadata Support, AI Vocal Policy, and Delivery Timelines

I am an independent artist based in Mainland China. I am currently considering switching to iMusician for my upcoming releases but have a few specific questions regarding metadata handling and content policies before I subscribe.

Could the team or experienced users please clarify the following points?

1. Chinese Metadata & Localisation Support (Specifically for Apple Music)
I have noticed that many distributors (such as DistroKid, Tunecore, etc.) struggle with Chinese characters on Apple Music/iTunes. They often force specific Romanization or fail to display Simplified Chinese characters correctly for Track Titles and Artist Names.
Does iMusician fully support uploading Simplified Chinese metadata directly to Apple Music without it being converted to Pinyin or rejected?
Do you support Metadata Localisation? For example, can I input Simplified Chinese as the primary language (for local stores) while simultaneously adding English, Traditional Chinese, or Japanese translations for international stores?

2. Policy on Vocal Synthesis Tools (Synthesizer V / ACE Studio)
I produce original songs where the composition, arrangement, and lyrics are all human-created. However, for the vocals, I use high-quality vocal synthesis software like Synthesizer V AI or ACE Studio (functioning as virtual instruments).
Would using these virtual singers for lead or backing vocals trigger any AI-content violations on your platform?
Do I need to flag these releases as “AI-Generated” even if the AI is only used as a vocal instrument and not for song generation?

3. Delivery Speed & AMPLIFY+ Subscription
I am considering the AMPLIFY+ subscription plan.
Does the AMPLIFY+ plan automatically include Priority Delivery services, or is Priority Delivery always a separate paid add-on regardless of the subscription tier?
If I choose the standard delivery option, what is the average turnaround time (in business days) for a release to go live, specifically for stores like Apple Music and Spotify?

Thank you very much for your time and assistance!

Hey @shanzjun, thanks for reaching out.

Yes, as long as you select the corresponding metadata language when you place your order.

Yes, we do support localisations if you’re able to provide us the transliterated titles.

That’ll be up to our Quality Assurance team to determine. Please feel free to submit a release so they can review it and they’ll let you know accordingly.

Priority delivery is a separate paid add-on regardless of the subscription tier.

It depends on the release date you select, how well your metadata is formatted and our team’s workload.

Best regards,
