CID still not activated

Hello imusician team,

I have paid for release exactly at 6 January 2023, I paid for rockstar plan, as well as for premium label of Content ID but my release still has not been activated for CID, its been almost 2 months and the CID button is still not grey (Activated) can you please check it for me and activate as soon as possible!
