So I actually had a previous release from Ram records that is on Beatport and associated distros. Will I have an issue with claiming my artist page, and associating my former release?
Also is there an issue with creating new record labels on Beatport? I want to release under my own record label and I want to make sure their are no issues before I pay for the subscription

You can create new label with iMusician and there is a procedure to take down and up your previous releases.

Hello @spiralus, if your label already exists on Beatport, we must request the transfer. Distributors can only release on labels that are created through the distributor. After the label is being transferred, you can definitely release under your label!
For the artist profile, if already existing, the release will be automatically connected to it.
