Hallo,
My release schould be tomorroow (11.07.26) and I just got an e-mail saying “complete release” in order to make the last step. I click on it and it opens a page where I just see my basket and says 0 euro. My plan is rockstar and is active and paid and my release appears as delivered.
What schuld I do?
is it my release safe for tomorrow or is gonna be delayed?

hi @Sarai94 , unfortunately I don’t know what this means and the support will open again starting from Mondey, I hope your release will go online as scheduled, please let us know. If there should be any problem, I will tag the support to take a look at it

The email you received was related to an open empty draft in your release library, not your release Constellations: symphonic gouache (EAN 4071624019279). This one was successfully distributed on 11.07.2026 as scheduled.
I’ve deleted the empty draft from your library to avoid further confusion on your end
