I RECEIVED THIS EMAIL FROM YOU:

“This email is only relevant if the CID activated on your track by another distributor has not been properly deactivated. If you don’t think this is the case, you can ignore this email”.

Sometimes I create the same song as a video, then submit it to Spare Music for delivery to VEvo. I don’t know if Vevo creates a Content ID that could cause problems with songs published on Imusician. If so, i inform Speare Music for Vevo to remove the Content ID from my videos. Is this possible? Thanks

Hey @Paki59,

Yes you need to ask Spare Music if they’re already monetizing your content via CID. If that’s the case, we won’t be able to do it for you.

SPARE MUSIC tells me that Vevo isn’t creating any content IDs. And asks me to ask you which song is causing this problem. Thanks.

If there is no active CID on Spare Music’s side, then there’s no issue here and you can just ignore the email :slight_smile:
