Connection and viewing compatibility problem

Hello,

I can’t log in to the platform. My password and username aren’t recognized. What should I do?
How do I contact the iMusician team personally?
I also receive emails asking for my sales results, and when I click on the cursor, I get nowhere… they ask for my username and password, which the system doesn’t recognize.
I’ve been online since 2006 and I don’t have access to my accounting. I’ve been contributing my creations to Spotify since 2006, and I have no financial resources. This isn’t normal.
