Countdown Album in Spotify

Just asking since no one is concerned about this, but why I cannot have my album countdown in Spotify? I am eligible to all but since it’s also the distributor that need to do something, why is it not working?

Hey @liamphanmusic, Countdown Pages is still in a beta phase and is not yet available to all distributors.

Thanks for letting me know !

Another topic, but is the Amplify+ and standard actually making a difference concerning label name ? I don’t use track or beatport, my release are not compliant, but I get in Spotify my name in every metadata. Are the custom label name actually useful for me?

Thanks

That’s up to you really, depending on your branding preferences

That doesn’t answer my question, what is actually meant behind the LABEL NAME, is it only filled in track or beatport ?

I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you mean here. If you have a specific question, please fomulate it a bit more clearly

Well it’s quite clear, is the label name that we can fill with the amplify + subscription actually fill elsewhere besides beatport or tracksource platforms ? As my music content is not elligible in those platforms anyway, I might just downgrade my subscription

Not really, but I’ll still try to answer anyway

This is the label name you’ve chosen for all your releases so far:

This label name is part of the metadata that we deliver to all DSPs (including Beatport & Traxsource if you selected those during your order), so this means that this is the label that’s assigned to all your releases, on all streaming platforms.

Again, that’s up to you really, you’re free to downgrade if it makes sense to you!
