Delay of payment

I have waited for a payment since the 12th of december. It’s getting longer and longer, payment after payment. I’m upset, that’s not right.

Do the necessary please, thank you.

hi @antoinebodson it takes up to 30 business days to process the payment, please check back after December 23 and let us know if the payment arrived :v:

Hey @antoinebodson, thanks for reaching out to us!

As @Andi said, payouts are processed within 30 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded). Since you requested your payout on 12.12.2024, you must wait until 28.01.2025 to receive the transfer.

I understand that you’re upset, but this is the normal processing time for such requests and so I will kindly ask you to be a bit more patient :slight_smile:
