Demande de remboursement et annulation sortie

Bonjour,
J’ai effectué un paiement le 17/11/23 pour une sortie, et je souhaite annuler ma sortie (prévue pour le 4/12/23) et me faire rembourser.
Comment dois-je procéder svp ?
Le paiement était toujours de phase vérification, donc au niveau du tableau de bord, tout a pu être annulé sans problème.

No thanks, I’d like a refund.
I have expressed my wish to cancel the order before the legal 7 days.
So I would like a refund of 20€ as it is within my rights.
