My release has been successfully published, and the tracks are available on all platforms in Europe. However, I’ve noticed that none of the tracks are accessible in Africa, even though I selected a worldwide distribution.
Could you please let me know what steps I should take to resolve this issue?

When you select ‘Worldwide’ distribution, your release is indeed sent to all territories. However, please keep in mind that:
Indexing Time: Some local platforms or regional versions of stores can take a few extra days to process and display the release compared to Europe.
Store Availability: Not all stores (like Spotify or Apple Music) are available in every single African country yet.
To help you further, could you specify which platforms or countries you are checking?
Also, Staff, could you double-check if the delivery to regional partners (like Boomplay) was successful for this release?

Unfortunately some territories are not covered by all stores which means that it can happen that your music isn’t available in certain countries. We understand this is frustrating but this is a limitation we don’t have any control over as a distributor
