Double invoice

Hi, IMusician is asking me to pay twice for the same release - and meanwhile said release is suspended…
So on my account I had 2 invoices for the same release, one paid and one unpaid.
And the status for my album is awaiting payment.
Now I canceled the second invoice, but apparently I have to redo the whole process to start distributing - and it’s asking me to pay again…
I looked everywhere to find a chat/customer service and found nothing but a bot…
please help!

@Nuevaprincipale your release has been rejected twice by our Quality Assurance team because it contains AI-generated music, which we do not accept.
