EP Builder - Rockstar - Credits replaced package purchased. Support for refund respectfully requested

I purchased an EP Builder (Rockstar) package back in 2021. With this package I would not have to pay for a commission on the release. I purchased it for this reason. I just logged in to my account to see that the model has completely changed to a subscription based service. I’ve been given credits to replace the EP Builder package, but what I purchased is no longer available as an option. I am not interested in using the credits under the new model. While I fully understand the rational for why this was done to the platform, I would not have purchased these credits under the new model. I would like to respectfully ask for a refund of my original purchase. If someone from iMusician could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

I want to thank you Carlos, but what have you done? Promo credit is still in my dashboard and thus not refunded to me.
