Erreur de publications

Bonjour,
Nous avons sortit il y à 2 ans 2 albums et nous avons constaté quelques erreurs de publications.
Celles-ci sont nombreuses nous nous excusons du long post.
Voici les erreurs qui ont besoin d’être corrigées :

(Pour rappel, ceci concerne nos deux sorties : Dingueries Eupé (id Imusician 4066218027945) et Régal Eupé (id Imusician 4066218341775) ou nos chansons ont été incorrectement attribués à des artiste qui ne sont pas les bons-auquel cas je met les id correct ou qui ont besoin de creer un nouveau compte)

Sur Juno Download, il semble que nos albums n’aient jamais été publiés.

NB : Pour Itunes, TikTok, Facebook et Instagram, nous n’avons pas pu vérifier l’intégrité de l’encodage. Pourriez-vous vérifier que cela est correctement fait?

Concernant notre Album Dingueries Eupé (id Imusician 4066218027945), Nous aimerions le retirer de youtube car il est publié sur une chaîne commune ce qui ne nous intéresse pas.

Vous nous avez expliquez que “les plateformes n’acceptent pas ce genre de caractère spécial dans les titres” et que c’est la raison qu’elle ai été publié en tant que “Stop” sans les parenthèses, cependant, nous avions déjà sortit une chanson appelé “While ( )” (lien : htt ps://open.spotify.com/track/6xllEa6yYkEIuml38q2OlD?si=7bc4aa60f1244626) pour laquel cela n’a pas posé problèmes.

Pourriez-vous donc rectifier si possible le titre svp.

Le compte Imusician lié à ces chansons n’est pas le même que le mien cependant n’hésitez pas à me contacter et je vous transmettrais des preuves de notre possession du compte.
Nous comprenons que cela représente beaucoup de changement et nous vous remercions d’avance pour votre temps.

unfortunately the links provided are wrong.
AD :
Mauvais ID : ‎AD - Apple Music (ok :+1:)
Id correcte : ‎Nwadez - Apple Music (link to a different artist name: Nwadez).
Same for Spotify.

Hi,
As mentioned in my post, the artist has changed its name to nwadez, if needed i can provide proof that he agrees to this change.
The link to the AD account is not the right one.

Hello @Az4tw,

The artist name can’t be changed this way. You need to takedown the release and reupload it (pay once more) with the correct artist name/artwork. Please also keep in mind that you might lose your statistics even if you keep the same ISRC codes, according to the shops.

I understand, however at the time, a new account was suppose to be created, which wasnt the case, forcing the artist to create a new page.
So this would not have happened if a mistake wasnt made by Imusician.

Sorry, but I’m not aware of what happened and, anyway, there is no reason why we might have prevented you from creating a new account. That said, once the release is online with the wrong artist name, there’s nothing we can do, other than the solution I suggested above.
We are currently working on finding an alternative solution, and I’ll be happy to share it with you as soon as we are ready :slight_smile:

I understand and appreciate your effort to help.
What i mean to say is that when uploaded, we had selected the option saying that “AD - the name at the time” was a new artist and an account had to be created. However when the release was made, the song was registered to the wrong artist. So he had to make an account later when releasing his own song - changing his name in the process. Thus taking us to where we are now.

However i’d like to point out we have two other requests in this post if you would be so kind to address them/point us to the people who can do this, We would like to remove our song from the youtube account they were posted on (link in the post).

Also there has been a mistake in the name of the song “stop” (Spotify) which was suppose to be spelled “stop()”. We were warned that this kind of character is not possible on spotify however this was not a problem when we published our song “while()” (Spotify)

I appreciate the update and we are eagerly waiting for your replies.
Upon reflecting on the matter, we understand that your hands are tied relating the change of names.
So instead we would be fine with you just creating an Original “AD” account so that another artist is not receiving our views since the songs were originally incorrectly uploaded by your team. This would help as alot.
We appreciate the time you are taking to help us.

I have checked the releases.

Régal Eupé:
AD is not appearing as main artist on the release level, but mentioned under “meets”. And this won’t make the release appear on his profile (this means I cannot request the creation of a brand-new profile).

Dingueries Eupé
On this release we couldn’t find AD anywere.
What am I missing?
