Error with payout statement downloads

Greetings,

I have noticed on my Payment Overview page, although payments are still going through without issue, the status of previous payments are hung at “pending” and I can’t download the statements since March (“download” button is not visible). Has something changed and I need to provide details? Have checked the profile and all mandatory fields are correct, so am not sure if it will just come good or I need to do something…
