On May 6th, I ordered the Express distribution of my single (Invoice #3343197). According to your information, Express delivery should take up to one week after the order is processed. However, as of today, May 15th, my release still does not appear in the “Upcoming Music” section of my Spotify for Artists account.
I have checked my iMusician dashboard and there are no notifications of issues or additional requirements. I also haven’t received any email confirming that the release is live on the platforms.
I am particularly concerned that my song may have been assigned to another artist account with the same name on Spotify by mistake.
Has anyone else experienced similar delays with Express distribution? Is this timeframe normal, or should I be worried? I would really appreciate it if the iMusician team @Carlos could check the status of my order.
It might sound like an excuse, but I promise I didn’t see that section when I was filling out the release details. It must have been an oversight on my part, and I take full responsibility — but if I had seen it, of course I would’ve filled it out correctly. Thanks so much for your help and attention, I really hope the issue gets resolved as soon as possible.
P.S. If by the release date (still 10 days away) it hasn’t appeared on my profile, should I reach out to you again?
