Failed to connect to the bot & support ticket

Hi, Ampilfy+ member here. I sent a support ticket via the bot about 72 hours ago, and I have not received a reply. Since then, I’ve noticed the bot says “Failed to connect to the bot.” when I send a message to the bot. Can someone help resolve this issue? Thanks!
