Failure to subscribe to amplify+

I’ve tried to subscribe to amplify+ to advance my music journey but every time i pay it takes me to a error page and when I go back to the website, it shows that I’m still on the starter subscription. It shows the purchase as pending but on the invoice it says it’s unpaid. I’ve tried different cards and even on a different device but it ends up the same way. I really want to subscribe, especially with the available discount. Can I please get some help here.

When i first tried, the payment didn’t go through and it was left as an invoice. I hope this answered your question!

Unfortunately I had checked and it DID actually take payment on all those different attempts. I need help, what should I do?

Please check your cash credit balance. The payments have been refunded to your iMusician accounts and you can reuse these funds to replace your orders :slight_smile:
