Hello @Mcgiverney, it takes about 4 months for your revenue to become available on your iMusician account. Various platforms take on average 3 months to send us your sales (streams and downloads) and we then take 1 month to verify and allocate your sales on your account properly. As soon as your sales are available on your dashboard, you can request a payout and our accounting department will transfer the money to your Paypal or Bank account - depending on which one of the two you have selected - within 30 business days.
If your sales stopped at April and you do not have any report to download, it means that you did not generate sales in the following months. The next sales upload (for the month of August) will happen very soon and you will be notified if there is any revenue generated.
