Most people receive this e-mail:

YouTube has recently begun rescheduling payments. The missing revenue for the February 2024 period is now available in your account, and the available cash credit on your dashboard has been updated accordingly. Click below to log in and download your YouTube sales data for February 2024.

Could you maybe help me understanding better what it should compensate for, in my case it was 100CHF removed from my payout, but I cannot see anything in my cash.

This email is more than abstract to me and doesn’t help getting confidence in what it should compensate in the loss between what imusician declared and what youtube means in this case (as I mostly lost based on Spotify streams not youtube CID)

Hey @liamphanmusic,

This is an informational email to let you know that YouTube has started paying the CID revenue they had been delaying until now. We’ve just received the revenue for Februrary 2024 (which was supposed to be included in the June sales report), so the sales data has been updated on the dashboards & the amount has been added in cash credit accordingly.

If youtube has started to pay us , where are the incomes for the month of April, or maybe we will be every 2 months delay , because even the income of March has not been generated

@Fjonamusic so far we’ve only received information regardin the February revenue, so we don’t know yet when March & April will be available :confused:

I got royalties from Spotify and practically nothing from YouTube every month, but still you remove 10 euros from my february report sale, and so far, I did not get any refund.
In June, you modified my report from 50 to 40 euros and then sent us an email declaring that youtube didn’t pay You (but i never got more then 20 cent from YouTube so they basically lies).
You then modified the report from 40 to 50 euroas again in August in the Dashboard as It was before the June “YouTube mail”, but i didn’t receive any difference Money.I did not forget that you owe me Money, lol.
Where are my Money?

Exactly same issue here but for more than 90 EUR…

They did not answer the thread for a reason, lol.
Guess I’ll Just rainstorm threads till I get an answer to where my money at

Hi @liamphanmusic and @AAS93, we understand that this situation is causing some frustration, as it does to us as well. We are waiting for sales revenue from Youtube for the months of March and April but as soon as we get them, you will be notified.

Regarding the shops, please do note that the changes in the royalty systems of Spotify and other shops are the reasons behind the discrepancies you might notice. Plus, we know that shops like Spotify are also strenghtening their policies about fraudulent activities and placing penalties to the artists where they find stream boosting and so on.
In such case, no worries, you will also be notified by us.

Getting back to the royalties inquiries, we will update you all in case of any further information.

E quindi quale sarebbe il motivo di modificare manualmente il saldo con un valore falso nella Dashboard se non è vero che i soldi sono stati dati o sono stati “detratti” (roba mai sentita perché al massimo spotify non te li da proprio (ho appena mandato una mail al centro assistenza Spotify, n.d.r) non è che te li detraggono retroattivamente dopo averteli dati), fammi capire?
A parte che questa risposta non ha alcun senso logico e ti abbiamo appena detto in due che non c’entra niente YouTube.
Tra l’altro vi avevo già mandato una mail un mese fa e avevate risposto “al nostro team delle paghe risulta di averti già pagato la differenza dovuta”…ma se avete appena detto che ci sono ritardi o che sono stati detratti?
Ci state prendendo in giro o cosa?

We understand that you’re frustrated, but please understand that there isn’t much more we can tell you at this stage.

As my colleague already told you, we are waiting for the shops (Spotify, YouTube, etc.) to send us the remaining revenue and we’ll add it to your dashboard as soon as we can. For now, you just need to be patient.
