I just wanted to follow up and let you know that it’s been four weeks, but the Spotify profile re-assignment still hasn’t taken place.
Is this delay normal?

We’ve re-sent the request to Spotify. It should be effective in 2-3 weeks! If nothing’s changed passed this delay, please try reporting the issue via your Spotify for Artists by following these steps: Music mixed up with another artist - Spotify
