Follow-up — order 5002649: can the 16 October release date still be met?

@Carlos — following up on my previous topic, which was archived before I could reply.

Thanks Carlos but please this does nt answer my questions.

Order 5002649, EAN 4071624197762, digital release date 16 October, paid 15 September.

The release date is fixed. The album has been publicly announced across my channels since 24 September with that date, so moving it is not an option on my side.

What I need from you:

  1. Confirmation that QA will process this release in time for delivery to all 12 selected stores before 16 October.
  2. If the queue makes that uncertain, please flag this release for priority processing — I’m on AMPLIFY+ with the email support option.
  3. If QA finds any issue with the metadata, artwork or audio, tell me immediately rather than at the end of the queue. I can correct anything within hours.

I understand the team is busy. I’m not asking to jump ahead for convenience — I’m asking because a public announcement is already out and the pre-save page can’t go live until delivery happens.

I also have a call booked for 6 October. Please treat that as a backstop, not as the moment to tell me there’s a problem.

Thanks,
Nebil Mannai

@Carlos
Just to add a factual point: standard delivery is advertised as review and delivery within two business weeks after payment. Payment was made on 15 September, so that window closed on 29 September. I’m not asking for an exception — I’m asking for the delivery timeline I already paid for. If a paid upgrade is the only way to move this forward, tell me and I’ll take it today.

Your choice to announce a release before we’ve approved approved anything is independent from us. We don’t recommend doing that.

You haven’t paid for Priority delivery. Your release will be processed within our team’s regular schedule which is unfortunately longer due to the team’s high workload.

No, it’s within two weeks prior to the selected release date as explained here: How long does it take for iMusician to deliver my release? | iMusician

As I already told you; your order will be processed as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Best,
