Free Label Typo - can't edit even after paying

I paid the 10 extra bucks (extra lame by the way) to request a change regarding the typo I made with my free label.

but I can’t do anything. when clicking to REQUEST CHANGE and then CONTINUE, nothing happen.

what do I need to do ?

The label should be Magichem Prod (instead of Machigem Prod)

that’s the problem : the messaging board doesn’t appear. I’ve tried without content blocker, on safari and firefox. nothing happen when clicking to CONTINUE

Then something’s wrong on your end because it works fine for me @Hichem. Empty your browser’s cache and try again please.

Hello @Hichem our team has already changed the artwork. The label name was also corrected.
