May I ask a different question. Is it possible to display a genre and a sub-genre for an album because only the sub-genre is showing for my release, and I would really like to show the genre & sub-genre of my album. Instead of it being Hip-Hop/Rap…Only Rap is showing so is it possible to change my album’s genre to Hip-Hop/Rap?

Although songs and albums can be a mixture of genres, most shops like to be able to classify a release under a single genre. This helps new fans find your music. Consider this more as a guide rather than a definitive classification.
Keep in mind that streaming platforms are not into “precise” genre classification, so it’s normal that what you see on your dashboard and on the shops is a little bit more “general” than what you initially selected. I’m afraid that’s how the platforms operate nowadays and we can’t really do much about it
