I have more than 150 euros in promo credit, which I’ll never use because I’m not using IMusician any more. This was never clearly mentioned in the contract, albeit in minuscule letters and you know it ! This is crazy ! We are all beginner musicians who need all the cash we can make, and here you are keeping significant amounts from us ! While you market yourself as a close to your users support brand ! This is totally unethical ! Please find a way to refund those credits in cash !
I will totally and absolutely go to the social networks about this.
