Gift Voucher (by iMusician) not found

Hi, I couldn’t find an answer anywhere else, but I have an issue. Via instagram, I haver received an Amplify Subscription as a gift from one of the advent calendar days, and the voucher code I have received says: Voucher with (The Code Here) was not found.

How should I seek help about it? I’m not sure who can help me with it. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
