Bonjour,

Je viens de constater une erreur sur notre sortie sur Spotify et les réseaux. Ça n’est pas sorti sous notre nom d’artiste normal. Il y a deja une page artiste Leventon avec notre premier album.cette page et la bonne. Le problème c’est qu’une autre page Leventon a été créé avec notre nouvel album …

Alors que sur Apple music, il n’y a pas eu de soucis car nos deux albums apparaissent sous la même page artiste). Est-il possible de regrouper tout sur notre page de base sur Spotify et de vérifier que sur les autres sites ça soit bon?
D’autant plus que demain nous avons un autre album qui sort, et après demain deux autres albums. Nous sommes très embêtés, merci pour votre réactivité.

I dont know if thats the case with amazon music because the New album doesn’t appear yet.
With apple music it looks okay.

Tomorrow, there is another album on thé way. The day after there are two albums on the way ,:sweat_smile:.

I noticed that the album isn’t on Deezer, amazon music.

Thanks! I checked and it works on apple music, Deezer, youtube … All the albums are on te right artist profile.
The only problem is on Spotify : our first album is on our profile and the new albums are on a new created profile with the same name.

Thanks. I’ve forwarded the request to Spotify, it’ll take up to 3 weeks for the releases to be moved to the correct profile!

No, your streams remain the same as they’re linked to the ISRC, not to the artist profile :slight_smile:
