While selecting the shops before my release there was a button “All Others”. Can you please tell me whether my song EAN 4069493004892 is released in Jio Saavn? If not can you please do it now.

Some weeks ago, I have my catalog in Jiosavn via iMusician but since a week or two the service seems discontinued in my region (Belgium). I cannot confirm if it is only the player or the catalog that is not available anymore. Sure the iMusician support will inform us.

@Shamik we have delivered the release to JioSaavn on 12.08.2024, but then it’s up to them to accept it. Please keep in mind that as the hosting platform, JioSaavn reserves the right to refuse your release based on their own criterias (quality of the track, music genre, etc.) and unfortunately as a distributor we cannot oppose such decisions.

Yeah we could try, but again that won’t guarantee they accept it. If the release is still not available there in 2 weeks, please get back to me so we can try to re-deliver it.

Hi Carlos, more than a month passed by. But the release
is still missing in Jio Saavn. I shall be very much obliged if you kindly post it again to Jio Saavn.
We’re re-delivering the release, but please understand that if it still doesn’t show up after 2 weeks, you’ll have to accept it was simply rejected by the platform (we won’t attempt any re-deliveries anymore).
