How can I repeat my payment to iMusician after a bank failure

Hello,

I have planed my first release with you for february the 23th of my single “Mi muñeco”, I had complete every step succesfully but when was the moment to pay de 9 euros to you for the single release, my card failed and now the situation is that the release is waiting to recieve the payment and I don’t know how to do it. If I choose to complete the playment in the shopping basket doesn’t appear this product.

Please help me as soon as you can to complete my playment.

I have recieved now an email from noreplay@imusician.pro reminding me to complete de payment, but when I follo the link, it takes me to the shopping basket, but there, instead of finding the single realease for 9 euros, I find it empty and with cero euros, so I can’t play or do any other thing.

Hey @ngutierrez,

I’ve cancelled the open invoice. You can re-open your release from your dashboard and try to pay it again :+1:
