How can I withdraw my royalties converted into Promo Credits?

Hello,

I haven’t logged into my iMusician account for several years. Now I’ve discovered that my streaming royalties have been converted into Promo Credits.

I would like to withdraw my earnings as money rather than spend them on iMusician services.

Is there any way to do this?

Hello @lurez,

Promo credits cannot be withdrawn as money. If you don’t want your revenue to be converted into promo credit, you must log into your iMusician account at least once a year (as explained in our T&Cs).
