How come my artist is invisible at AmazonMusic?

For our artist ‘Palmer’ we released 2 singles with iMusician - in 2022 and 2023 - under Rockstar with previous service/support agreement, for worldwide distribution in all shops but today the artist simply does not exist in AmazonMusic? How come??
