I wanted to ask imusician for the payment of my royalties since 2022 - I have been waiting for a reasonable amount (24.35 euros) before I get to ask imusician for a payment. But unfortunately it looks like I can only ask for the payment of the 0.24 euros generated in 2026. Still the report states that I could claim the 24.35 euros. Could you tell me how to get back the royalties I own?

Thanks for reaching out. I checked your account and found that the balance had been processed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions regarding inactive accounts.
As a courtesy, I’ve now restored and reconverted the amount to your account balance, so it should once again be available for withdrawal 
You’ll see a slightly smaller account, because you’ve used part of the credit (3,26 €) to pay your last invoice.
