How to use my old Rockstar credit?

Hi,

Is there a separate webpage on the imusician domain to use for a new release with the former rockstar budget I still have?
I see the release page has no option for that at the moment. How does that work?
The 'Need Help" does not have a ASK button anymore, email support has been cancelled for my account and my account has been automatically changed to FREE. I feel lost and unsupported and do not need or want a payed account. Just want to use my old Rockstar credit…

Cheers,

Marc Lezwijn

Will they contact me? Did not hear something yet…

Marc

Got an email from @melani saying they do not support me via email on a ‘free’ account??!!
Wondering about the sanity of this world…

hi guys, you have full support via this community. e-mail support is reserved to amplify account users, but for both, the support is not working on weekends and on holidays and today is a holiday in Germany and other countries, so you can expect an answer starting from tomorrow :v: hope this was helpful, best Andi, a Community moderator and musician like you

Yes we said that all customers that bought a former rockstar promo package would still be able to use them for the remaining releases to the Rockstar conditions.
At the moment I’m in talks with our tech team how we can still make that possible as some things in the backend have changed. I’ll keep you posted within this week.
Same goes for @BalduinMusic as explained via email.

So yes you can use your old Rockstar package. Please go ahead and create you release with your Free Account as it is and choose your shops and release date accordingly.
You can send me a DM here afterwards and our tech team will adjust the release accordingly. Once this has been done I’ll send you a confirmation and the release will run with 0% Commission.

Dear @Christoph,

I’ve been uploading today. 20 tracks to your UI. Now I think the pricing is wrong due to the “new” system. I’ld like to know the pricing with the old Rock Star wallet money in mind.
I could be happy with a refund if things are getting to difficult to administer. Just wondering…I need another 12 to 24 months* for sure to record and produce a full multi volume album to use the wallet I think.

Regards,

Marc

Hi cantheproducer,

Could you specify “shortly” for me at this point.
A month? Two months?
I’m aware that customer policy has changed a lot with iMusician and will never be the same as in the past, but there probably might be some sort of responsiveness protocol for platform users like myself? Just interested.

Thanks,
Marc

Hi @marclez, sorry we did not see your message. I am checking with out technical team and getting back to you!
