I can no longer log in

Unfortunately, I can no longer log in or restore the PW. I can’t get a recovery code to the e-mail address I entered.
Where is the error?

when I log in with my login data (I have tried all my e-mail addresses) then the information appears in the red field. If I then click on Forgot password, no code is sent to me. Again, I have tried all my e-mail addresses.

Hey @amore,

I’d recommend you double-check your email address, especially the domain (sometimes users get mixed up because they have multiple addresses with different domains). If you’re not receiving the password reset code, it means that you’re checking the wrong inbox!

No, I have found the problem. Unfortunately, I can only log in with an old e-mail address. I no longer have access to it and therefore do not receive any codes.

I have now been able to log in, but would like to change the old e-mail address.

Can you help me?
