I cancelled my release 4066218961546. Will I received a refund/coupon for the 20 euros I paid for it?

Hello,

I released an album last sunday (Junuary, 7th). I paid 20.58 € for this album to be send to Spotify, Deezer, etc… on January 20th.

Today (Junuary, 9th), I decided to cancel the release. A message appears to say that iMusician will only refund if the cancellation is made within 14 days after the release request.

Do you know when I will received the refund for unreleased album (4066218961546) ?

Morning @Ground_Noise, we confirm the cancellation of your release and I refunded you the amount of 20euro in promo credits. You can use them in your next purchase :slight_smile:

As stated in our T&Cs, we are refunding using promo credits.
