I’ve been having issues with my iMusician account for several weeks now. First and foremost, I can’t log in. I write my e-mail and password, all good so far… But after the authentication procedure, the website starts a loop animation and stays like that in aeternum. It’s not an Internet connection issue, I’ve tried several times in different days and Internet networks. This issue has been going on for weeks now.
Finally, I was not able to create a Community account with my e-mail address. I tried with several Outlook e-mail accounts, but I’d never get the confirmation e-mail with the verification link. All my e-mail accounts are on Outlook, so I had to create an account with my partner’s e-mail address. It’s a very weird issue, but yeah…
Please help me log in my account so I can upload some music for distribution. Also, if you guys could help me create a Community account with my Outlook e-mail address, that would be nice and useful in the future!
