I can't login my previous email, I would like to change my old email

Hello! Is there anyone that can help me? My previous email address is not working anymore,
and I need to take down my old track, but they keep asking me to login to my old email,
is there any way I can change my email? I can prove everything, just please let me change my email. Many thanks
