We have not been active as a band for a couple of years, now it seems my account is gone. The login doesn’t work anymore, I don’t get any emails to my email inbox when I try to reset the password. What can I do to access / administrate my old releases?

Since 2015 is definitely quite a while since logging in. As long as your tracks weren’t taken down your account should exist - somewhere.
I’ll ask @Maurizio to get one of the team looking into this for you.
