I don't find the problem, still the release date delayed

Hello,

I recently paid for a release with the Rockstar plan and set my release date for March 13th. However, the release date was changed to March 26th, and I received an email saying my distribution process is still waiting to be completed. I have checked my information and do not see any issues, but I would now like to cancel this release and switch to another distributor. Can I get a refund for my payment since the release has not yet gone live?

That’s because you selected the Editorial Playlist Pitching, which requires extra time in order for our team to review your submission. Regarding the release, it has been approved and delivered to the stores since 23.02.2026. It will go live in 3 days as scheduled.

I’m afraid your order is no longer refundable as it was placed over 14 days before your request.
