I found my single on a platform I didn't want my single to be on

Im’ writing for the artist (group) “Le Polar Crew” because we recently uploaded two single : “PILE OU FACE” and “FLIM” on several platforms. Still, we decided to now make them available on “Amazon Music”, “Apple Music” and “Spotify”.
I found on my smartlink for the single “FLIM” that it was available on “Amazon Music” although I didn’t tick the box for this platform.
Could youn please withdraw the single “FLIM” from Amazon Music ?
The ISRC code is the following one : “FR9W12619343”

The Imusician AI advises to request a “partial takedown” to withdraw my single from “Amazon Music”. It also tells me to ask the support centre for help on that.
Could you help a bit more about “how to withdraw my single from only one platform” ?
In this case “Amazon Music”.
Also the ISRC code for this single is “FR9W12619343”
