Hello, its the first time im requesting a payout. I have provided the needed bank details but the the payout stays as requested for around 10 days. Is this normal ?

a payout can take about 30 business days to be processed

In about a week its going to be 1 month since i requested the payment. I have added my bank accounts and have properly selected that bank account as the receiving point. Nothing yet. I just wonder whether is always like exactly a month or this frame is fluctuating.
