I haven't been paid yet

In the email they state that “This new payment will be processed quickly and will not take more than 10 business days.”
It’s been 12 days and I still haven’t been paid.
What is the reason?

Okay, thanks for answering. Maybe I misunderstood Melani’s message, it said: “…the payment will be processed by our acocunting team after the 13th of July…”
