I hired the service so he could put my music on social media, mainly on Instagram, I made the payment normally as requested, however, it was never posted, it was supposed to be posted yesterday on social media, on September 6th as I selected, however, in the section music release keeps saying waiting for payment and I have proof of the payment invoice itself??? Fix it

No, we don’t refund in such cases. This is explained in our T&Cs, I suggest you take the time to read through them.
