Hello friends, I am new to this platform and looking for information before I buy a premium account.
Searching the internet, I found Imusician, and I was told that this is one way to get my tracks on Traxsource and Beatport. The more I search here about how to do this, the more confused I am about what and how to do it.
I am a techno producer. I have been working on an album for about a year, and I have six tracks mastered and ready for sale. I also have a landr account but haven’t used them for distribution yet because I see it seems complicated to get on beatport through them and I don’t see any way to get on traxsource with them.
Can someone give me the steps I need to get my tracks on these platforms and youtube. I have a youtube channel I have for my DJ mixes… will Imusician make me a new one?
does it take a month to get on Beatport…
any advice will help me.
thanks
Hello @DJGruvhard
I’m also a techno producer and moderator in this forum iMusician. I’m present on Beatport and Traxsource (see A2D). On youbute too I have special artist topic channel created by iMusician but also mine previous youtube channel that I can link or not if I wishes.
I propose you to start to create one release and learn the iMusician dashboard.
They are plenty of faq, youtube explanation videos already done by iMusician.
I tag the support iMusician @Carlos and @Melani to give you more info
And also give you two interesting links

Hey @DJGruvhard,
Just a little addition to what @A2D already said:
In order to get your music on Beatport & Traxsource, it’s essential that you register your label with them. To do this, simply choose a label name when you create your release and once it’s paid, fill in this form. Once you’ve submitted the form, Beatport & Traxsource will evaluate your request and accept or reject your label registration. If you don’t want to use your own label name, you can also use our label iM Electronica (can be selected during your order), which is already registered with both Beatport & Traxsource
@Carlos. you wrote when it’s paid fill in this form… pay who? Beatport, traxsource… fill in what form? what is the chance they will reject it… I do have a website for my label. here is the link boomfactorymusic.com
thanks for helping
@DJGruvhard once you’ve paid for your order (the release distribution). The form you must fill in is linked to my message.
