I need to remove my release from one of the regions

Hello! My release has already been published in all regions, but I would like to remove it from the Russian Federation region. I know that release regions can be configured BEFORE a release is published, but how can I do this АFTER the release has already been published?

I would like to remove my release ONLY from the Russian Federation region, but keep it in all other regions. I am willing to pay extra for this if necessary (as far as I know, the region selection option is a paid feature).

Please help me—what should I do?
